What about
"Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn"
(from a friend)

And my contribution...
"We named the DOG Indiana"

I'd put either of these in there before Lord of the Crap.

Certainly not the most iconic, but there are some more good ones.

"Hello, Clarice", "It rubs the lotion on it's skin..." or "Fffff" from Silence of the Lambs for instance.

Silence of the Lambs

Hannibal Lecter: A census taker once tried to test me. I ate his liver with some fava beans and a nice chianti.

OR

Jame "Buffalo Bill" Gumb: It rubs the lotion on its skin or else it gets the hose again.

It puts the lotion in the FUCKING basket!

"life is like a box of chocolates: you never know what your gonna get"
Forest Gump is probably my favourite film ever.

Or what about:

"E.T. phone home"

"Houston, we have a problem"

"You can take our lives but you can never take out freedom"

'I have had it these mother f**king snakes on ym mother f**king plane!'

Sorry, it had to be said. May not be the most iconic but it was funny.

I've seen that lotion video before and it is soooo good. They used the song in Grey's Anatomy.

As for more iconic, There has to be something said for "Show me the money". It isn't a personal favourite of mine (but then, I think that "Reform the lines, sound the charge, take them head on, CHARGE!" is an awesome line), but it's one that everybody knows and everybody gets.

"Toto, I have a feeling we're not in Kansas anymore"

"I'll get you my pretty... and your little dog too! "

"Make him an offer he can't refuse"

"No. I am your father."

And lastly, as it's the best of all:
"My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my Father. Prepare to die."

"Bond, James Bond..."

"Mein Führer, I can walk!"

"You've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel lucky?' Well, do ya, punk?"

But my personal favorite, which has already been mentioned, was Marlon Brando as Vito Corleone in The Godfather:

"I'm going to make him an offer he can't refuse."

"You were only supposed to blow the bloody doors off." - The Italian Job

or

"I'm the King of England, a man can have no better conceit of himself than that." - The Madness of King George

or

"Well, they've got a very good bass section, mind, but no top tenors, that's for sure." - Zulu

or

"What do I want with the countryside? I'm in a park and I'm half dead." - or indeed pretty much anything from Withnail & I.

Harry Callahan: I know what you're thinking. "Did he fire six shots or only five?" Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement I kind of lost track myself. But being as this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world, and would blow your head clean off, you've got to ask yourself a question: Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk?

Alternatively,

Raoul Duke: Total control now. Tooling along the main drag on a Saturday night in Vegas. Two good old boys in a fire-apple red convertible. Stoned. Ripped. Twisted. Good people.

A bit of a long one, but something more up-to-date:

"It's SHITE being Scottish! We're the lowest of the low. The scum of the fucking Earth! The most wretched miserable servile pathetic trash that was ever shat on civilization. Some people hate the English. I don't. They're just wankers. We, on the other hand, are colonized by wankers. Can't even find a decent culture to get colonized by. We're ruled by effete assholes. It's a shite state of affairs to be in, Tommy, and all the fresh air in the world won't make any fucking difference!
