"Is it bad luck to saw a magic 8 ball in half?"

Postby James Baster on Fri Feb 28, 2003 5:17 pm

"Looking good"

What does this mean? Does the fact I asked after I had already started effect anything?

I'll ask my magic 8 dice.

"Am I cursed to bad luck for ever more?"

"Outlook so so"

"Has your magic gone?"
"Yes"

"Will you give an accurante answer?"
"Not now"

"Are you sulking?"
"Absolutely"

Wow thats really eiree. Have you seen that film The Ring? Thats eiree like this. Except this lacks a plot... or special effects... or anything eiree. Actually its nothing like The Ring. But The Rings a good film. Very eiree. Unlike this. This isn't at all eiree. I forget what my point was. Something pointless probably. Unlike The Ring.

of course it's unlucky, becuase you end up with a poorly 8-ball. without your 8-ball in full health how will you possibly be able to make all those day to day life critical decisions?

Yeah, it was pretty good. The original was better, apart from that lazy, ESP subplot. Go Toho.

James, ignore the 8 ball, don't fret. Sister has spoken.

Blimey, an 8 ball? I don't even have an 8 ball to contemplate sawing in half... Ach well I guess, unlucky I don't know, maybe if the girl(s) don't reply to this then it is.

Its not just 8 Balls you can saw in half; a whole range of everday household objects can be sawn in half. Plastic pint glasses from the union for example. (Althought melting those can be more fun.)

Yes, as hinted above I was pissed when writing above.

I've actually found it quite amusing now to make a record of my drunken alter ego and laugh at it when sober. Oh well.

Plastic pint glasses? Hmmm... Interesting. I tried sawing the end of a wine bottle once to make a slide for my guitar but only succeeded in cutting myself. Oh well.

(And noo I'm noot Scotttish. Anyone at the singles night will back that up).

Edited to highlight the worrying number of Oh wells. Oh.. -no.
