ID cards and email - Graduation

I'm graduating this June. When do my student ID card and my uni email address stop working?

I graduated in 2006 and my email address is still working....albeit it's full of spam at the moment.

Is it supposed to still be working or is it just a fluke? How about your ID card? We get to keep those, right?

They told all of us that our email addresses would stop in the October/November (can't remember which) after graduating but mine (and lots of other people I've talked to) still have them going.

As for ID cards - it will expire at its expiry date, although you can keep it if you like.
