In the wiki, if you click on a picture and the preview is bigger than 800 x ??? It comes out over the page layout. Perhaps a smaller preview size would fix the problem and save Oli's bandwidth

The CSS to get that to work is awkward, I had a quick attempt and managed to destroy the layout of the header entirely. I'll take another look tomorrow.

There's a very small proportion of posts that didn't carry over properly, because phpbb rejected them as invalid for one reason or another.

There seems to be options to save, preview, or submit posts. Where does one find one's saved but not submitted posts?

Say for example you click Post Reply on this thread, and start writing a reply. You save a draft. Then in the future, you come back to this thread, click Post Reply again, and now click the Load button, and you're given the option to load your draft post back in. You can also view, edit and delete all your drafts by going here.

In other news, orudge has now restored all the wayward posts, so there shouldn't be anything more missing.

They are stored in your User Control Panel, in Overview> Manage Drafts

the "events" bit is kind of confusing to add an event....i accidently put my event on the wrong day (100% Handmade music is next Thursday - not today) and when i tried to delete it it put it on twice.....

Weird. I can't delete it either, it doesn't even appear in the admin panel, but I moved one of them to the correct date.

The admin's address is admin@thesinner.net. I'll see about adding a contact form perhaps.

OK I've looked everywhere.
Where is the table/list of the little symbols off to the left of threads and what they each mean. Why are some pink? Why do some have a little red star?

Where they're pinkish and "updated" - they should have this image next to them:



Clicking on that will take you to your first unread post in that thread.

So: if the entire thread is new since you last visited, it'll take you to the first post. Let's say there are 5 posts, and you read them all. Then you come back later, and more posts have been added - the "pink" notifies you the thread's been updated since you last visited, and you can click on that icon to view the first post in the thread which you've not read yet (in that example, #6).

This is definitely the best way to keep on top of content, rather than scrolling through long threads!

Another trivial thing. It appears that an avatar partially covers up that wee diagonal online flag that pops up in the left if the user is online

I've seen one that had an exclamation mark in a triangular box (I think the google chrome thread had this)

I've corrected that on the testing site Paul, I'm just trying to re-organise somewhat before I apply it here too.

Haunted - I'm as stumped as everyone else, I don't know what half of the icons mean. But an exclamation mark in a triangle is one of the user-selectable icons, so the poster must have just liked the look of it.
