Carneval time!!

Hi All,

There are only a few days to go until the Italian Society Carnevale Ball. If you
haven’t already emailed Italia@st-andrews.ac.uk to reserve your tickets, then
you’ll be pleased to know we’re selling tickets at the following times:

Thursday – 2-4 outside the library
Friday 2-4 outside the library

Tickets cost £10 for Language Society members, £12 for non-members and £15 for
VIP.

But what is this Carnevale Ball all about??

To celebrate the start of the most indulgent, hedonistic, and completely over
the top party season in the world, Ital Soc are getting in on the Venetian
action and bringing you an amazing DJ, fire jugglers, belly dancers, and the
prettiest fish you've ever seen (yup, its at the Aquarium!)...and for those
VIPs out there a prosecco-fuelled reception with stunning harmonies from the
Hummingbirds.

We know Friday 13th may be unlucky for some, but we’re all willing to tempt fate
for a great night! So mask-up and dress to impress and who knows what'll happen
the night before Valentine's day....its Carnevale after all, and anything
goes....
