It says at the bottom to stay tuned for announcements, but I'm really interested to know what this is about? Anyone got any ideas?

Actually, after some quick googling, I think it must have been used as the location for the upcoming film adaptation of a novel called "Never Let Me Go" by Kazuo Ishiguro, currently filming in Britain:

The only other reference of "dover recovery centre" on google, apart from the St-Andrews site, is a review of the book in which the main character visits this hospital, or whatever it is. Exciting!

Smashing. Melville's fantastic, love that place. Most folks hate the design, but I find it very appeasing. I don't want to say pretty, but it's striking. Very cinematic. Had the biggest (interhall/St-Andrews-wide) Assassins shootout in there; the Melville TV Room Massacre...

All I wanted to do was watch Neighbours, but "Nooo!", apparently I was on the wanted list. Bah.

Killed them all. And a bystander. Just to be safe.

Yep, that's definitely Never Let Me Go. I worked as an extra on it for two days here in London as one of the hospital patients inside the building. The wonders of movie magic! I didn't realise they were filming in St Andrews too. Cool!
