I was kinda bored of studying so I decided to shoot a wee video of the ducks outside my window. Notice they 'bop' their heads to the music when Dave Pearce is on the air.

That's the Gatty trio if I'm not mistaken, no? They are just the coolest animals ever, the way that if you stay still for long enough in gatty they'll eventually waddle right up to you and quack demandingly.
We decided to name them the other day but I'm going through a phase of naming everything Ian (and I mean everything, over Easter I started refering to St Andrews as 'Ian the town') so I doubt many other people with be with us on that one.
Anyway, much respect to our ambiguously friendly triumverate of ducks. Though they strike me as an astoundingly stupid animal, they make me smile :7)

I fed 3 ducks in the uni-hall quad earlier too - two males, one female. One of the males had a whit spotty brown chest, the other just brown.

Seems either Ian, Ian and Ian have cunningly learnt to hang around halls of residence cause students are soft touches when it comes to bread handouts.
Or there are at least 4 different sets of 2 males and 1 female duck wandering St Andrews.

are they not wandering through Ian at the moment? maybe they've wandered from Ian Park to Ian Hall or maybe to Ian Park instead. or would that just be ridiculous?

I know the guy who filmed it, he's 4 rooms from veg in uni-hall so they're UNIHALL ducks.

Has anyone else noticed that the two male ducks in gatty have been going around together a bit too much recently?! They seem to completely ignore the girls. Now, I don't know if it is possible for ducks to be gay, but if it is then jim and bob (as we have christened them) are definetely living proof!

The girl duck in Gatty likes Pringles, but the drakes don't.

Also, has anybody noticed how the duck outside the library no longer waddles up to you and demands food, cause it's bloated from all the revisers stuffing it with junk food.
