I think it's time this was settled, two massive pop icons - your decision.

To make it fair, the conditions are that both fighters are in their prime at the time of the fight, it's no holds barred street fighting, neither fighter has any weapons however nor is allowed to use any for the duration, it's not raining or snowing and is an overcast spring day. The fight takes place in Switzerland to make it neutral, in a park somewhere. The pair go alone to the park, there are no spectators voicing encouragement. Fighters wear vests and shorts, no jewellery is permitted. They fight in the afternoon at about 3pm so their lunch has digested.

Springsteen wins, but only because he gets so enraged by Morrissey's gibes as they're squaring up to fight that he holds nothing back.
