Fife Park Trash

Does anyone have any idea who I’d get in contact with about the 1 foot deep rubbish that surrounds Fife Park currently? I’ve tried the relevant Environmental office in Cupar (as did the very helpful DRH staff yesterday) who informed me that the truck was broken and that ‘the supervisor is aware of the problem’. Does anyone know if there’s some other office in St Andrews that could help?
