I got about 10% (geekish tendencies), which I find slightly disappointing. I felt that the quiz failed to embrace the full range of geekery. I can think of innumerable ways in which I'm the specciest of nerds but these failed to appear in the test. For example, I can claim to have a strong interest in moths, which ought to be worth at least 10% on its own. I also proof read my sinner posts. I mean, c'mon.

Well, I suppose it's ignoring some areas of geekery - just like purity tests seem to discriminate against bisexual necrophiliacs.

24 hours in a day, 24 beers in a crate. Coincidence? I think not.

I was also a poser, but i'm sure the fact that we took the test, and are posting our results on here, suggests we have geekish tendencies.

19.9%, and I don't know anything about Star Wars. I haven't even seen the movies.

Mwahahaha.

Can I just say that I may be a geek, but I'm cool at the same time?

any Comp sci students taken this yet?

yes. & luckilly it doesn't affect me too much as i know chuff all about computers really (though i think i did see the 'blue screen of death' yesterday (if that's the one that says you need to restart your computer because it's wank & has gone a bit on the AWOL side, whatever AWOL actually stands for)). my knowledge of maths mainly boosted my score. i am a bit of a geek though. i deserve my 10% as much as i deserve all the other misfortunes which befall me.

I'll add my results after I redo the test as a computer crash ate my last results.

In the interests of boredom,

"14.39842% - Geekish Tendencies" hallegedly. Just because they told me who H.P. Lovecraft is in French, it's not my fault okay?!

Well, taking Chemistry with Computer Science I was killed by more than one of the sections.

How is it possible to have sections above "Total geek"?

Surely if you're a total geek, you couldn't be any geekier?

On that basis, I deem the "test" to be void. And stupid.

And yes, I got a high score.

But then I am doing Comp-Sci so that probably had quite an effect.
