In all seriousness, whoever has Jamie's gown really should return it. This isn't funny. It has a great sentimental value to him as his mother stitched his name into it and went to the further effort of buying him a special gown caddy to put it in.

I know that it must mean quite a lot to him as every high table, debating night, gown day, etc. that involves gown wearing he always brings it up.

If by chance whoever has Jamie's gown has picked it up by mistake please just return it to either of the aforementioned locations and I am sure no questions will be asked.

Also, if anyone else was at the KK thing or anyplace else that night with a gown, could you please just quickly check your gown to make sure you have not accidentially picked up Jamie's?

Gown Poetry

Postby Tweedledum on Wed Dec 03, 2003 9:22 pm

As far as theivings go,
taking gowns is low,
Mr Potton he did frown,
at the taking of his gown,
To him it was so dear,
and now it's no longer here,
so please be a jolly good chap,
and give back the gown asap.

I would like to, read more of Tweedledum's poetry; perhaps he will release an anthology? It would be a great way of raising money for a new scarlet monstrosity for Potsy.
I am told he has stooped so low as to resort to making speeches in LPH about the theft.

Indeed, I made a most convincing speech on the proposition "This House Believes that Gown-Thieving Should be Punished by Public Flogging".
Convincing in the sense that it was a well argued case for an eminently sensible proposition. Alas, it fell.
This of course means that the dirty mofo who has it will not be physically punished-an incentive, surely, for it to be returned?

Tweedle-Dee is amazing, and his gown ought to be returned.

Fucking Hell

This gown theft was uncalled for,
and this kind of thing I do abhor,
Potton's gown was coolest red,
and now it is all but dead,
so if you are the perpetrator,
get to the hall of St Salvator,
and give him his red gown back,
or I will cut off your ball sack!

Mr jc143,
is certainly,
G.a.y.e.
he is an ignorant prick,
and deserves up his ass a kick,
if I could kill him then I would,
by method of arsenic then I should,
poison his coffee opportunelly,
then no longer sing would he.
