If they sell the universityand cannot deliver to the buyer then thats fraud. be it adding humour into a campaign or not.

Just one curiosity, here. Just how badly in debt is the University?
Are we talking slight cashflow problem or a couple of steps away from administration/ bankruptcy?

Given the proposed massive hikes in rents as well as in continuation fees for postgrads (and probably other fees as well), I do get the impression that all's not well for the University. It wouldn't be nice if I get told that I won't get my degree, due to the University becoming no more.

The uni can't be thaty badly off cos it had enough money to pay Mr Lang, osmething stupid like £300,000 a year to screw the students over as effectively as he can. And anyway, hasn't it been discussed elsewhere that Resbus are actually making a profit when you include the summer takings in the figures.

Surely the accounts of the uni should be available for inspection as they are a registered charity and therefore have to conform to charity laws and provide a copy of the accounts upon request?
