Green-ness!

I'm sorry, but I do not love the green. Blue I could handle maybe (not the 'band')?

Do those under a risk of death by metor run some thus-far indefinite risk of longrun meteorisation?

Good grief! I almost had a heart attack.

Hmmmm... green.... not bad, but I think it clashes with the ads.. you know the ad for The Central and www.yourunion.net etc...

I'm sure that over time eyes will adjust. I'm not really a huge fan but it's not really offensive - except for the obvious and already mentioned clash with all the ads.

Firefox doesn't seem to like it, it randomly puts brown bits back in behind headings and the title bar...brown and green - not a good mix!

i had that problem too... press ctrl-shift and click refresh, that sorts it out.

Until you go on to another page. I think I'll just put up with the ugly brown bits rather than doing that each time it goes wrong again!

Erm, it is a little too green.
The dark green is too dark for black text, and the light green is a little too intense. It's a nice idea, but maybe tone it down a little, and make it a bit more pastel?

Also - couldn't we have had the clock fixed first?

I don't think it looks too bad, but I prefer the old colour. But then we all got used to that when it changed from blue, so maybe we'll all get used to
the new scheme!

On the subject of the clock, is it just me or is it taking being a 24 hour clock a little too seriously? Some of the posts are timed as 24:47 for example. Has it always been like that and I just haven't noticed?

yeah, it gave me a bit of a shock when i opened the window! but i don't like it, actually. as much as i disliked the brown for being boring and bland and poo coloured, this is eye-hurting and quite minging. but then i'm hard to please. maybe something a little less hard on the eyes, and something a bit more summery?

The green seems to get more revolting every time I see it.
