Chicken liver pate with warm oatcakes
Freshly made soup of the day served with French bread
Deep fried tiger prawns in filo pastry with a sweet chili dip
Stilton, walnut, celery and mixed bean salad drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette
Lightly toasted ciabatta topped with smoked bacon and mushrooms in a white wine
garlic and thyme cream sauce
Mains
Grilled fillet of salmon topped with sun dried tomato crumb and drizzled with
lemons basil butter sauce served with either fries or baked potato
Succulent oven roasted turkey with stuffing, chipolatas and all the seasonal
trimmings including vegetables and potatoes
Margherita pizza topped with pepperoni and roasted red onion
Vegetable chili quesadilla topped with creme fraiche and cheese served with
seasoned rice
Chargrilled lamb, mint and rosemary burger served in a floured bap with Dijon
mustard mayonnaise, salad leaves and either French fries or baked potato
