Did anybody who watched the Premiership on ITV this weekend notice Peter Reid's blazer?
It had the club crest, but was missing the LUFC running down the middle, leaving a blank white space.
We thought that that was unusual, but put it down to Leeds being too skint to pay for the stitching.
Then when David Pleat was interviewed in front of those advertising hoardings that they have backstage, the THFC in the middle of the Spurs crest was missing, leaving a blank space.
What have the Premiership got against showing clubs initials?
If anybody has any half baked ideas, or (even better) legitimate explanations, they will be highly welcomed.
