MLitt Insight Needed!

[Prospective Student]

Hi, I'm trying to decide whether or not to accept an offer of admissions from St Andrews into the M.Litt. IR program. I received the letter today.

Can anyone out there in this or a similar program describe their experiences?

Also, does anyone know how many people are in this program and how many go on to get their PhD's at St. Andrews?

Don't know much about the IR program. Sorry. I am a MLitt student though...in Medieval English...St. Andrews is a good school, but be aware that this is a small town. I have enjoyed myself here and am staying to do my PhD.
