I thought I'd branch out and use this board for something other than flathunting
I am a new masters student starting in September and I won't be living in town (Anstruther actually). I was hoping to bring my car to make the commute a little easier but the uni website isn't very helpful with explaining whether or not students are allowed to park in some car parks. I found somewhere that said students could park in some halls of residence car parks but I couldn't find anywhere telling me whether I need a permit for this or where I could get one.
I don't really want to have to park in the expensive and busy tourist car parks everyday. Can anyone enlighten me on the ease of finding cheap/free parking in the town?
