House Available 06/07

Hey - I am looking for a group of four students to take over a lease. The house is really nice but because one of the current housemates didnt sign the renewal I've got a problem.

The house is a four bedroom with HMO license for 4. There is a double room, a twin room and two singles. It has a large lounge with TV, DVD and video. It has a kitchen with washing machine and a dining room. There is a bathroom/shower room. Gas Central Heating. There is a back garden with washing line and the landlord tends to the flowerbeds etc.

The rent is £1127 per month which works out to be around £65 per week per person. The bills work out to be around £20 per month per person.

Our lease is 12 month but I believe it should be possible to shorten it if a new group takesover the lease if necessary.
