Looking for Accommodation from July or September

Hello,

I'm looking for an accommodation from 8 July (or even some days before) or September.

The followings are IDEAL requirements in order of importance:
- should be located in the city centre, or close to the school of Computer Science (North Haugh);
- to share with non-smokers (Important);
- single room
- well-isolated from the cold during winter, with good heating system.
- to share with other postgrads (I'm 1st year PhD student);
- internet;
- to share with few persons;

The first three are very important. To give you an idea about how much ideal these "requirements" are, I will tell you that I'm now living in a mixed house with 8 undergrads in a cold house in the middle of St Andrews, and that is not too bad.

Still looking...
I have applied for a university-managed accommodation for the summer.
Therefore even an accommodation from September would be fine...
I will update you here if I will be offered something.
