my name is Mareike, I'm a 25 year old student from Germany, and I'm starting a masters program at St Andrews this fall. Before, I've been studying in Germany, France and the US, have always lived in shared apartments, and always had a good time. The most important thing for me about living together is to keep up a friendly, fair, and relaxed atmosphere - no stress, no drama. I like socializing, but in general I think I'm a rather quiet roommate, since I spend a lot of time outside and also study a lot (that's the plan, at least
). Also, I’m non-smoker. And while nothing needs to be 100% sterile, I generally like keeping things reasonably clean. (I know, “reasonably” is a flexible term in itself – but I guess you guys know, more or less, what I mean )I’m going to be in St Andrews from 31 August to 4 September.
