Well, I decided to wait until it was all official, but I'm afraid there is some news I've decided to tell you all.
I won't be returning back to St Andrews this year, hence I'll be resigning my position in the society. I've found out that my access to the animesoc email account is no longer available and that I should be lossing my uni account pretty soon (surprisingly enough, I can still access it).
There's one huge problem, however, which I will need someone to get Per in contact with me. Per, at the end of last semister, was meant to get all the Project Anime stuff that the president is meant to have. Sadly, he forgot, and it's still lying in my room with the rest of my work I did at uni. He'll need to contact me at
webmaster@senshi.co.uk regarding this, as he'll need this information pronto. If someone in the committee could tell him this, it would be smashing and I'll post the lot to him straight away.
As for leaving university, the reason for this is due to me not wanting to continue my studies in economics. I was originally doing computer science, but a huge screw up by the health centre when I was ill made me 20 times worse (idiots gave me the wrong inhaler for my asthma). I decided to try economics, as I enjoyed it during the first semister, but ended up deciding not to continue with it this month.
It's been a great time at St Andrews and I'll probably hang around on the board here as well. I'm mainly, however, over at Anime Europe (
www.anime.me.uk) moderating on the Anime Review board, or working on my own site at senshi.co.uk
I'm off to bed now. Later
