Read or Die!

Anyone care to comment on our last showing of the year?

I see what Rezo meant about their take on the English anyway. One of many ways it reminded me of Hellsing.

Yes. Buy the TV sequel series as soon as possible. ^__^

Oh wait, that's not a comment on Read Or Die itself. Or the showing. Nevermind... except to say, good choice whoever nominated it.

And if you think Read Or Die portrays the English (well, British strictly speaking) patriotically, then you haven't seen the best to come yet, which can be found in the latter half of Read Or Die The TV... What a soundtrack I tell you... double cd... new rendition of "God save the Queen"... They should play it at the Olympic Games.

I should also add that Kokoro Library gets very Read Or Die The TV in places. No British stuff, just lots of library action.

You know, I really don't think it was as awful as all that. The whole series was something of an extended fan service, but it had some "kewl" stuff and made a passable action flick.

I'm being kind because I felt it was a lot less awful than some other anime we've shown this term *cough*Project A-Ko*cough*.

There's really no need to; the series speaks for itself. But I can make an exception...if you'd like.
