So, I kinda know the violinist from Turisas, and he promised (PROMISED!!) that if rocksoc asked them to come to st andrews to play, and booked them, then THEY WILL COME... and it won't cost a lot of money. and you could sell tickets to non rock soc people too.

How much is not alot of money?
Also selling tickets to allow none St Andrews students in isnt as easy as one would think.
If the money isnt too high its a definite maybe, will definitely raise it at meeting tomorrow.

Quite possibly, i didnt say we cant but ive raised the issue with the union before about selling tickets externally and Rich mentioned some the technicalities of it.
Any idea when they could come play, im sure being an active touring band they've got schedules etc.
EDIT - Just checked their tour dates and they're pretty much every day till end of May. When did he think they could come?
