Official Gig Trip Thread

Postby Eggnchips_ on Wed Oct 01, 2008 7:34 pm

Hey guys,

Just to follow on from Dom's last e-mail, if anyone is going to a gig and would like transport arranging, please post the Band, Date, Time and Venue here. We take all requests seriously, however there will be a minimum number of people guaranteed to attend (i.e have their tickets already) before we will organise anything.
I know that some people have already mentioned the following gigs:

OPETH - ABC Glasgow Glasgow MON 17/11/2008 19:00
SLAYER (Black Crusade) - S.E.C.C. Glasgow MON 03/11/2008 19:30
SLIPKNOT - S.E.C.C. Glasgow MON 08/12/2008 19:30

If anyone has tickets to the above, or to other gigs, please let us know on this thread.

I was the one who emailed about Funeral for a Friend but I don't actually need transport now as I'll be travelling from my parents' place. But it would be nice to know if anyone else is going as currently i'm off on my own and only meeting up with a friend afterwards :)

Whats the status with Amon Amarth? They have been removed from the crusade poster, but they still list it on their Myspace/website tour dates. I'll only be going to Slayer if Amon Amarth are there too.

Going to the Unholy Alliance gig?

Postby Power Metal Dom on Wed Oct 22, 2008 3:03 pm

For all those who have tickets for the Unholy Alliance gig,

It is very important that you contact us ASAP because we need to know by Friday how many people are going so we know whether or not to book a bus. If enough people are going (read: are definitely going, not just 'interested') AND let us know that they are, we'll put on some free transport for y'all :)

Just email rocksocmail@st-andrews.ac.uk and let us know,
