War games

Having rediscovered the hobby over christmas, I was just wondering if there are any regular tabletop wargames being played? I mostly play 40k but fantasy and most specialists are cool too.

I don't know what Wargaming is done at the society but I know of a variety of gaming clubs in Fife overall that have a lot of Wargaming going on if you're looking for alternatives.

Monday nights at Leuchars' The Gaming Kingdom
Sunday afternoons at Kirkcaldy's Gaming Club
Friday nights at Dunfermline's Wargaming and Roleplaying Fellowship

Plus once the shop is open (should have more detailed info on that in the coming month or 2) we'll have a dedicated gaming room for people to play all sorts of games.

Cheers,

David

Hey Dip,

I don't know if there's any being regularly played, but I recently dug out my 40k stuff and have been brushing up on my Fantasy stuff at the moment too. I've a bucketload of BFG just two (relatively) short busrides away as well. If you fancy a game at anypoint: Give's a shout and I'm pretty sure I'll be available or almost available!

We don't have any wargaming going on in the regular society meetings. However, There will be events for both Warhammer Fantasy and 40K at SABRE this year (14th and 15th of March). Details will follow.
Now some people weren't happy about the content of that last post. And we can't have someone not happy. Not on the internet.

Thanks for the info. I have about 1.5k of tau with me and predict full mastery of 5th ed rules any day now (3rd to 5th edition is quite a jump!). Planning on getting together 1k or so of a fantasy army I have yet to choose as well.

So yeah... any and all games'd be much welcome!
