MTG?

Is there much of a following for Magic in St Andrews? I've taken a notion to start playing and was wondering if there was anybody playing?

There's a reasonably healthy MTG community in St Andrews. We play every wednesday night, mostly casual multiplayer, although a few of us dip our toes into more competitive games. There are about 10 players total, although you can expect to see about 5-6 playing on a Wednesday night at WARSoc. We also draft occasionally - for those who are that way inclined.

If you're interested come along and I'll throw your way a shedload of free commons from the last three years.

Wednesday evenings in the Salad Bowl (top floor of the union) 8pm till close. If we're not about, we'll probably have hijacked the committee room, which is across the hallway.

Oh, and speaking of drafts, there will be one the Wednesday after next (25th). £7.50 per-head. The format will be Ala:Con:Ala/Con. Make sure to be there by half-past if you want to join in.
Now some people weren't happy about the content of that last post. And we can't have someone not happy. Not on the internet.
