perhaps. there are some outstanding issues with OpenGL in XP. depending on how frequently (or more accurately how infrequently) you update and patch XP this may be impacting on the demo.

just go to the microsoft update page and look for any updates relating to OpenGL, you can get them even if you have a 'funny' copy of XP - not that you do, of course.

It's true, i'm an good, honest chap! Turns out it was my graphics drivers afterall. I can now happily blow strange beings into little pieces.

i uninstalled it earlier. its just so shit.

you guys really should install the original UT - its just so damn good.. i have a copy and you dont need the cd to run it if anyone is interested?
