San Andreas for PC, thoughts?

So then...GTA San Andreas on PC (or Xbox I suppose) - what do people think of it?

I've only been playing for a few hours but it's great so far and just want to carry on playing and getting onto the cool stuff I've heard of! It's soooo much bigger than VC. There is a lot of swearing in it but it is a gangster styley game so to be expected i suppose. Graphics are cool, lots of ramps, bridges etc to do cool stunts off etc. LOVIN' IT! Anyway I haven't played for about an hour ago so best get back.....

Other peoples thoughts please......?

try turning on mouse steering, but dont use it, that should get the cam behind the vehicle

It's great isn't it! I've been playing for ages now, and I've only completed about a third of it! FANTASTIC - there's still twice the amount of fun left - it's HUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGE!

Anyone got that crack to unlock the "sex game"? Sounds a bit dodgy to me!

Being able to pimp up your cars is GREAT! I think the best one is the Bullet with 10x Nitrous Oxide - Well cool, although I think my grpahics card strugles to draw it all fast enough when you're bombing along with the NO2 on! Gives a cool effect though even if it's not supposed to!

What's people's favorite bits so far?

I'm on 2nd island at the mo and just done mission where you're helicopter gets RPGed into sea from the ship (Woozie mission), and my favorite bit so far is......ermm not sure really, but I love just bombing around in cars/motorbikes around countryside!

BTW does anyone know if you get rewars for getting all Tags, Photopoints etc? Am not sure... Ta

If it is the same as the PS2 version then:

-if you spray all 100 gang tags then weapons spawn inside the Grove Street house. You also earn a lot of respect. But if you finish all the missions first then your respect will already almost by full.

-if you get all 50 photopoints then weapons spawn outside your San Fiero garage.

-if you collect all 50 horseshoes then your gambling luck is increased and weapons spawn outside the Four Dragons casino in Las Venturas.

-if you collect all 50 oysters then your sex appeal is increased and in the process your lung capacity is increased.

For each 'thing' that you find you also get a small amount of cash, with a bonus amount when you collect all of a particular 'thing'.

Of course you need to find all of these 'things' to get 100% completion, but the unique stunt jumps are not needed for that.

Been playing about with this game for a few hours now.
And, I still can't settle on a good keyboard/mouse configuration.
Anyone got ideas?

Plus, can't seem to get the auto-aim to work, always goes to manual.
