Is anybody else finding that their PC just can't get over the loss of the LAN?

my XP machine kept flashing up with a "recovered from serious error" message every 20 seconds.

i disabled the LAN, but it kept doin it. so i enabled it, then disabled it.

its fine now. if anybody else is having the same problem, then that might make it work better.

The PC's not missing the network any more, but i am.

BT's decided to cut off my ADSL for no reason at all, and I am currently feeling the same way. Thank goodness I still have a PandA computer lab access card.
