Bringing Up Baby, not because it's typically LGBT cinema, but for being the first film in Hollywood (in 1938) to have a leading man use the word "gay" in a homosexual context, apparently a very big thing at the time.
Plus it's got Katherine Hepburn and Cary Grant *swoon*. As an interesting aside, if you believe the stories, the use of the word "gay" was in fact an ad-lib by Cary Grant and has since been used by people as proof of his bisexuality - the word "gay" was only used at that by those in LGBT circles, but this film brought it to the mainstream.
I just think it's a funny line myself.
