feast menu

two things:
firstly, any feedback on the michaelmas menu, or in fact the feast in general would be good. i'm particularly interested in the food as head of cooks however!

secondly, all saints draws ever closer and as yet there is no menu, so anyone that is interested, particularly cooks guild, who would like to help me draw up a menu i would be very grateful. even more so should they wish to cook one of the courses!
