Moving into Melville

Postby flossy on Mon Jan 10, 2005 11:04 pm

Hello everyone! I'm moving into Melville tomorrow- hurrah! Anyone know where I get my keys? Will it be from the warden or from accommodation services?

Oh and anyone's welcome to come around and watch my Christmas CSI box sets with a glass of wine or two.

Floss x

Presumably because they're getting a room some American had last semester and left... And it's not your halls, bu this is your board so I won't argue the point.

I'm a chemistry student and I was living in Gatty which is a bit of a hike- especially walking home alone in the dark after my 5pm lecture. I wanted to be closer to the sports centre. Also, one of my housemates is EVIL so I had to get away!

Oops. I surely didn't mean to do that.

Do not try my patience.

Did I sign this declaration? I prefer to infringe on your right to so called 'free speech'.

Should I point out that, while Ally has a right to free speech, he doesn't have a right to freedom of speech on the sinner. No one does, 'cept the owner, technically, as he chooses what goes, thus?

Hey, I'm also moving into melville at the end of this month, I'm second year, and at the moment the number of people I know living there is basically 1. So if you see a new second year guy sitting there at dinner looking happy to be out of his current accomodation, but also as if he knows noone, then please feel free to say hi.

Wow, so many people fleeing to Melville. Was dreading moving in here this year because for the last two years, all I'd heard was how it was awful. Turns out that wasn't true. I think people just make that stuff up so nobody knows just how fantastic the place is!
