Will we get some kind of recompense for the lack of cleaning? Or at least some additional profiteroles as an apology? I feel a little hard-done-to as I paid my accommodation fees thinking my room'd be cleaned weekly.

yeah, i was a bit disappointed when i returned to my room and it hadn't been cleaned, but i had talked to val (the cleaner on my floor) and she was saying that they are severely short staffed. so if you moaned to the committee i reckon they'll have to moan to whoever hires the cleaners
