Room 3 house 6 - large or small?

I've heard from various sources that the room 3s vary in size depending on the house. Some are large, the same size as room 6, and some are really small. Does anyone know if room 3 in house 6 is large or small?

Small. Definately. I used to live in there in first year. But, the house itself is in a nice-ish place in Fife Park away from the building site, and you have some grass enxt door to you rather than another house.
