Goddamned computer lab!

Whats going on? I'm posting this from one of the only 3 working terminals in the computer room. Added to the fact that a further 5 terminals have been sitting here since the start of term, jack-all use to anyone. Its sort of sucky!

Ewan, any chance you could sort this out?

I've already contacted IT services twice.

The problem with the library computers is that IT services employ another company to deal with computers. So when there is a problem there is not only a delay between anyone and IT services there is one between them and this company.

They have been contacted again through another means which should get the problem sorted.
