I think I can raise you all, but it's so sad it's just not funny.

However, I do get redeemed from the pit of new year geekdom by seeing in the New year with muchos vino and dancing :)

Well worst moment is relatively easy - Having to go through labs whilst very ill and not nearly doped up enough to not care - an then having exactly the same problem the next day

Best moment is a bit more difficult - but I'm probably going to stick with freshers week and my first day (1 arrived 1 day late) when we tagged onto a random group for the pubcrawl and somehow ended up on the beach looking at the stars
Talk to the elbow, 'cause you ain't worth the extension.

Having just had my 5th semester in hall, I can certainly say it was my best. I personally felt a lot more hall spirit this year than last year, but then maybe thats because I actually felt I had friends this year, and some fucking good ones at that, and made the effort.

Highlights: well, nothing springs to mind immediatley, possibly the St Andrews Day jaunt to the castle/cathedral by a bunch of us, on the day I handed in my dissertation no less. Other than that, just many common room/small tv moments. Christmas Ball was good.

Lowlights: Despite the awesome semester, there have been some really fucking shit moments. Trying to get drunk so many times and failing miserably only to make myself feel even worse than before. Dissertation shit, self-opinion shit, other shit. It all kinda blends together after a while.

How can you set out to get drunk and fail miserably? Did you end up wearing your drink?

Drinking didn't get me drunk. Instead of blotting everything out it made it me think about it more.

I'm no expert, but I would have thought that drinking more might have done the trick.
