My name is Maria Mackenzie and I am one of the candidates for SSC Braodcasting Officer this year. Here are my 100 words:

As Shakespeare said “If music be the food of love, play on”. Truer words were never spoken. This year had reSTARt and the birth of a bright future for STAR. A strong foundation on which I wish to build an even stronger support for years to come. With this position I hope to explore new broadcast mediums (ustream), create more memorable events to rival STARFIELDS, continue with this year’s work, become more than the student radio and really make our mark as St. Andrews Radio. Radio has lasted over 100 years and we will stand the test of time.
