hi
i have an offer to study social anthropology starting in september 2005 at St A's and wouldn't mind also studying theology and philosophy alongside it too, was thinking of history but there is a timetable clash so prolly cannot do that.
Anyway, anybody doing phil/ theo/ social anth??? - what are they like? I am trying to decide between durham and st andrews and durham have said i can swap to study phil and theo there which would be cool - the course there seems a little better, espeically the philosophy side.
Also, i wana cox for the mens uni rowing squad - are they gd, where do they row, and anybody know if the boat club has a skulling double/ coxless quad i could go out in occasionally cos i like to do that too. Plus, is there a swimming pool?
Finally, i dont really drink and ppl seem to be very 'drink, drink, drink' - at all unis i guess, do many ppl not drink cos i dnt wana be the only one who doesn't and i dnt wana feel left out.
So, any ideas on chosing between durham and St A's = welcome!!
cheers
