Well, I'm starting a new thread because of the bitching that went on in the last ball thread.

I just got back from post-ball activities, and I'm sure I speak for everyone (in my somewhat inebriated state) for saying that the ball did indeed rock. It was certainly one of the highlights of my time at St. Andrews so far.

Well done to the committee and anyone else that sorted things out.

And now, to bed.

A fandabulous time did indeed seem to be had by all.

There was dancing, drinking, debauchery and denial, everything Rocksoc has ever needed for a good time.

How late did people stay on the beach? For that matter, has anyone checked to make sure everyone made it off the beach?

There were still a few stragglers left when we went home about 5ish - and one comatose body, but I think thst got taken back to Gatty.

A damn fine weekend all round. Big thankyou to the committee for pulling it off. Don't know abuot everyone else, but I had an absolute blast!

I think we stayed on the beach 'til about 6, seing as how I got to bed around half 6, and it's not too far a drunken saunter from there to Chattan.

On another issue, I have an actue case of rocksoc neck.

i have 30-odd photos. everyone looks really good as well. if Simon would like to host them then that'd be really great. i'm short of a few names, but as soon as i get them they'll be ready for sending. a few pictures i took got lost either because i or the camera fucked up. still there's loads of pretty pictures so that's good.

Wahey, my neck is finally recovered. I have no idea if the pain I have in other parts of my body from tae kwon do is helping, but I guess I'll be all ready to bounce again like a maniac tomorrow.
