Hi, just wondering if there are any second-hand bookshops that sell medical textbooks.

There's 10% off all books in a bookshop in Market Street, can't remember its name.

John Smith & Son - excellent sale on there at the minute, it's closing down October 15th - grrr, evil Ottakar's coming in and taking over

Yeah that's the one I was thinking of! They're nice and friendly in there too, and there aren't great big queues like there are in the one in the Union.

that's so nice to hear - I work there! (soon to be unemployed though due to closure - any jobs going anywhere?)

Loot, the gift shop on Market street has some books, although I don't know about medical ones.

sale starting on sunday is 50% off - great value for text books if there's any left by then
