Not necessarily "right answers." It's marketing, you're marketing yourself, therefore, some times you'll have to lie to get ahead. Never tell an employer you have flaws or what your weakness is. We all have them, but first impressions are the most important.
If they ask you, "what are your flaws or weakness?" Tell them, "I can't seem to think of any at the moment."
About phone interviews, most of the time, it's just all bull shit you're telling them. Just give them a lot of bull to make your self sound better. You just need to get your foot in the door. you have to go through the back door it you want to be at the front door.
