Not necessarily "right answers." It's marketing, you're marketing yourself, therefore, some times you'll have to lie to get ahead. Never tell an employer you have flaws or what your weakness is. We all have them, but first impressions are the most important.

If they ask you, "what are your flaws or weakness?" Tell them, "I can't seem to think of any at the moment."

About phone interviews, most of the time, it's just all bull shit you're telling them. Just give them a lot of bull to make your self sound better. You just need to get your foot in the door. you have to go through the back door it you want to be at the front door.

I'm almost a respectable member of society. However, tonight I am drunk. And tomorrow I will be drunk as it is a work night out. And on friday we are having a drunken charity night. It's almost like being a student except the company pays for my alcohol instead of the government.

AND! I was just thinking about coming up to St Andrews soon my dear evernocturnal. Maybe in a couple of weeks. When would be good?

And mossop, yes, very good parties, although not everyone would agree, but i for one miss them. I've not seen a tub of turbo diesel since... God, I've not even drank a pint of turbo diesel since. Are non-students allowed to?
