I\'ve started going blue and shaky for no reason. It once happened at a ball, and I colapsed (I\'d only had one drink). When the ambulance arrived they told me Ihad crashingly low blood sugatr, but I don\'t get why. I eat pretty reguarly - sometimes healthily, sometimes not. I\'m not under weight. I eat when I\'m hungry and make sure I get lots of fruit and salad (as I loathe cooked veg). Yet it suddenly creeps up on me that I go blue, and shake. Why is this and how can I stopit? I\'ve been eating things with slow release enery like flapjack not cake, or apples not bananas or brown rice not white, but its not making a difference.
Also, ironicaly, when it happens, I\'m meant to eat - but it always makes me utterly nauseus so I cant.
