Yes, I knew. But I expected it to be better organized, and the promises of the VIP ticket sounded wonderful. And I really didn't know the music. The names meant nothing to me. Really, most of the problems could have been solved with more organization- dealing with the drinks (at least VIP), more chairs, less fighting through mobs (a larger venue would have seen to that. Garbage cans and chairs are also a part of planning and organization. More thinking would have also meant they worked out the whole jag thing ahead of time. One of the reasons given for that whole screw up was because of the construction stoplights- but it's not like that appeared out of the blue. Those have been there for quite a while.
Planning would have also resulted in some vegetarian options.

hey novium why are you so angry about the ball? you knew that there were gonna be fairground rides there, you knew the music that was gonna be there, you knew that there were over 2000 people going to be attending therefore quite busy and with 2000 people id assume 75% drink so ,1500 people wanting more than one drink=que at bar. If you didnt know all of this...why did you pay 100quid for a ticket?! no one forced you to go did they now?!
