You either have to bear with it until you leave his parents, then tell him he's an asshole ('coz he sounds it) or tlak to him about it.

Have been invited to meet my bfs parents over reading week. I was unsure about it anyway, but he pleaded with me to come so I agreed.

He now is watching tv all the time, making endless cups of tea and telling me to be quiet everytime I speak as I'm disturbing his office quotes.

He was furious with me for making a mess of the cooking, even though in my opinion it was ok. Is generally ignoring me, and am wondering why the hell he invited me here.

I really want to leave, although to get back to St Andrews could be expensive, and also I don't want to make a scene (although his parents are out his kid sister is here- and she's pretty sweet and innocent so would be traumatised by my sudden leaving). What do I do? I'm close to tears. I don't know my way round so I can't do anything. Really what do I do?

Get out of the parents' house for an afternoon/morning and talk to him about it.

Maybe on a pretence of asking him to show you the sights/where he went to school etc.

The guy is a loser, I have told you this countless times before. Run while you still can. (and we all know how much you like running)

Seriously, you've confronted him and all he's got to say is that 'he's sorry'? He treated you like shit and no guy like that deserves your time or your energy.

Ok no guy really deserves to be forgiven for that but it is not up to us, if she wants to forgive him then let her, and let this thread rest as just a bad phase in a relationship which could go anywhere.
Ps everyone acts different around their parents but nobody spends much time with them. If you like him for the rest of the time that will be enough.

and I really don't want to say any more.
