"Dyson, the cleaner that doesn't loose suction" the way this woman says suction makes me want to throw up. Or stab her. Or both... ARGH!

[hr]

Are you a terrorist?
- Depends! Are you terrified?

Lies all Lies!!! It did lose suction and the hoover sucks.

The bitesize advert on BBC because it always reminds me that - even if I'm not in high school - I'm not revising.

The 'Go East' advert - the song sounds so wrong, I remember when it was to 'Oo Aaar, it's Ambrosia' as Yorkshire farmers marched proudly over the hills . . .

No, that would be Devon farmers, hence the catchline "Devon knows it tastes so good"

God, I love Ambrosia

Cake, and fine wine.

Exactly. Us Yorkshire folk never say "Oo Aaar", we say "Bah Gum"!

Do you mean a Dyson or a Hoover? Make your mind up...

Dysons *do* eventually lose suction, so you have to replace (or wash) the filters.
This doesn't happen for a while though - they last much longer than normal vacuum cleaners, and are far more powerful.

I quite like the new honda advert actually. However I can't stand any of the "Have you had an accident that wasdn't your fault?" ones or the DFS ones. I find the one for Yes car credit really irritating too...

Phones 4 U with the complete idiot guy who randomly starts shouting "YEAH! YEAH!" at the end of the advert. Horrible, pointless and painful to watch.

I'd forgotten about the Bank of Scotland adverts, with the stupid be-spectacled man, where they take a perfectly decent song and bastardise it by changing the lyrics to an inane ditty about their evil corporation.

Anything to do with nappies, sanitary towels, insurance, loans or injury claims. Makes me glad I don't have a telly!

Elephant.co.uk ad is extremely naff. Something about that elephant makes me mad.

Not really a commerical. But the seaside safety video with people being rescued by helicopters and people etc.. Music "I do like to be beside the seaside"
That songs haunts me. Very creepy
indeed.

And the loan ads.. consolidate your loans.. And they interview extremely ugly and stupid people.

Gosh, you have got me quite annoyed thinking about these.

McDonalds

Postby flarewearer on Sat Apr 29, 2006 7:43 am

No, I'm not fucking loving it. I fucking hate it and it makes me wan't to smash up the TV. They actually try and make McDonalds look like a nice place to go and spend some time; for a start, where are all the inbred tracksuit wearing junkies that seem to haunt any McDonalds I've ever been unfortunate enough to step inside?
