Which day is best for gaming?

Ok - in the thread about reading week gaming, we had a game on wednesday and I've suggested that we make a wednesday game a regular thing.
Couple of people have agreed.
So which weekday is best for everyone? Probably playing Quake 3. During weekends I'll do my usual hosting of a halflife-related server (I include friday under term weekend).
