Unfair bank charges

OFT v Abbey National PLC and others - the banking charges test case is just kicking off in the Commercial Court this month. A decision is expected by Easter (but expect this to be bounced all the way up to the HL on appeals) and is genuinely too close to call. Should be interesting.
