In all fairness to the Hit Squad, there are an awful lot of failed attempts in every game, and a target not turning up to their lectures/not coming home for lunch can happen to anyone. Check the official reports thread for the last game if you want to see a LOT of failed attempts.

Anyway, since James and I have finally plugged a hole in the rules this morning hopefully things will get tightened up a little.

Once An assassin of legend, now reformed and leading the Hit Squad.
I feel like i want to poke a little fun at them. Manly cause I was hearing them as they plot.

It's really rather surprising. Been at all my lectures, live in an extremely vulnerable place and y'know what: no sign of anyone!

I'm half tempted to try'n become incompetent/wanted just to see some action!

(Has visions of gunning down a dozen hit squaddies and a pair of game organisers in what'll become infamous as "the St Andrews Massacre"...ah, if only...)

now now frank, that sounds like fighting talk to me, which to be fair i've done a wee bit of myself but have yet to reap the 'benefits'. maybe, just maybe, the hit squad, famed for their brutal violence and ability to take out any given assassin, have simply lost their touch? what do you say frank? -xxx

Yea, it's the same thing for me.
If it wasn't for the Wildcard thing, i'd be sure no one was after me.
It happens to me everytime I play this game.
The every first time it was Played, I never saw a single assassin part the one I killed.

So..

This is a bad thing. Poor Frank and my self, will never become paranoid if this trend continues.

Frank, I wouldn't go joking about that. Not only do I know your exact room number as well, I can jsut walk into your hall any time day or night. And as for october, the instant he goes onto the incompetent/wanted list he's going to die. That'll leave someone who isn't even playing properly to win...

Oh and aspapsia, the people who are after you are very determined, very patient, and what's more important, they have nothing better to do with their time than camp outside your house waiting for you to exit.
