YES CMON SCOTLAND!

Although I have no idea what sport (assuming this is a sporting fixture) is being played, where ti is being played, at what level it is being played and against whom it is being played.

Thank you for the the clear and distinct information you provided us with.

It's a long shot, I know

It's a football match between Scotland and Italy at Hampden Park. If Scotland win, they will qualify for the European Championships next year. If they draw they'll need France to lose to the Ukraine to qualify. If they lose...then it's goodnight to all the hard work they put in by beating France twice.

WTF? Who managed to alter my post?

Best of luck from south of the border. Meanwhile I'm supporting Israel in a desperate attempt to qualify.

Haha, stupid admin - So because we're in Scotland I'm not allowed to support Italy, even though I have Italian family? What's that about

I'd like to point out that as Admin of the The Sinner, I removed the offensive message which had the tag "edited by Administrator" (should have read "edited by Moderator").

I didn't see the original message posted by Griggsy, nor do I know who edited the message.

disgusting from the Spanish linesman. nobody could say we deserved that.

But, we did phenomenally well to be in this position in this group so I'm still very proud of my team

Someone care to explain to me, a man who doesn't watch all that much football, why that crucial free kick was given in Italy's favour?

Could someone please tell me why the Italian goal was ruled out for offside in the first half? It certainly wasn't handball and it was given as handball. But Scotland's goal was then allowed despite being offside?

Wah, wah, wah. You lot lost fair and square: Scotland played really hard the second half, but it just wasn't enough against a fantastic Italian team.

So grow a pair, take it like a man and quit your whining! Nobody likes a sore loser!

Now come on, whatever you think of the crucial chalked-off Italian goal, the offside from Barry Ferguson for his goal, and the frankly shocking decision that lead to Italy's second; Scotland were the better team.

They had more fire in them, and but for ballwatching for the Italian goal and McFadden's miss, we could have had that.

I think Scotland fans can be quite justified in having a bit of a grumble. I'm gutted. That Italian team were nothing special in the end!

minira:the post above you is actually complaining about the Italians not getting a better score, if that's what you are referring to.
