Two People To Lift?

This story isn't very interesting. Its about a 12 bird roast. I was just confused that they give a whole paragraph to the line "It takes two people to lift." as if this somehow adds more information the first paragraph of the article which specifies the exact weight in two different units.

Also, I'm pretty sure most people could lift 25Kg on their own. (Although I do seem to remember 20Kg being some H&S limit for one person)

Though the real reason probably amounts to the size of this thing being awkward for one person alone to lift.

Jinx. Well, I'm not too sure on the timing, but aye, that was common for me when I had to do the Fresh Produce section (ruddy sacks of potatoes!).
